The release for your video and your appearance

This is what you agree to when you tick the box on the application and press Send. The short version sits next to the box. This is all of it.

1. What it covers

The video you send with your application, and every show you come on: what you say, your voice, your face and how you look, the name you use on air, and the channel details you give to be plugged. In this release all of that is called your video and your appearance.

2. What you allow

You give Liberty Politics and Iran Uncensored, and the people who run them, the right to record, use, edit, cut into clips, caption, translate, broadcast, stream, publish and republish your video and your appearance, in full or in part, on YouTube, on these two websites, on social media and anywhere else, in any format, now or later. This right is non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable and royalty-free. It may be passed on to the editors who work on the shows and to the platforms that carry them, only so they can do these things.

3. What stays yours

Your video stays yours. You can post it, sell it or use it anywhere else. This release only adds the shows' right to use it. It takes nothing away from you.

4. No payment

The seats are unpaid. You aren't owed money, royalties or a share of anything the shows earn from your video or your appearance, including ads, Super Chats and memberships. Your channel plugged on air is what you get in return.

5. What you promise

You're 18 or older. The video is yours, and you have the right to send it. Anyone else who appears or speaks in it agreed to that. It holds no music, footage or pictures you don't have the right to use. What you say on air is your own view.

6. Editing, and no promise of a seat

The shows decide if, when and how your video and your appearance are used, and you don't approve an edit or a clip before it goes out. Sending a video doesn't promise you a seat, and a seat doesn't promise that any part of it is published.

7. Claims

You won't bring a claim against Liberty Politics, Iran Uncensored or the people who run them over any use this release allows, including a claim about your privacy or the use of your name, voice or likeness.

8. Taking something down

Ask in the discussion on the site, or reply to the email you get back. A request about your safety is answered first. Other requests are looked at in good faith, but the right you gave doesn't end, and a show already published may stay up.

9. Your safety

If showing your face or your real name isn't safe for you, don't. On the Persian show of Iran Uncensored you can come on by voice only, under a made-up name, and your real name is never published.

10. How your yes is kept

When you tick the box and press Send, the version of this release and the time are saved with your application. This is version panel-release-2026-10-26.
