The terms for what you post
These are the terms for anything you post, send or upload on Liberty Politics. Posting, sending or making an account means you agree to them.
1. What they cover
Posts and replies in the discussions, your profile (your name, your line about you and your photo), gatherings and their pictures, mission reports, links and lines you send to the Intel Room, and notes for a show you make. In these terms all of that is called what you post.
2. What stays yours
What you post stays yours. You can use it anywhere else.
3. What you allow
You give Liberty Politics, its sister site Iran Uncensored, their live shows and the people who run them the right to host, show, quote, read out on air, clip, translate, share and republish what you post, on the sites, on the shows and their channels, and on social media, in any format. This right is non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual and royalty-free. It may be passed on to the platforms and editors that do these things for the sites and the shows.
4. No payment
Nobody is paid for what they post, and you aren't owed a share of anything the sites or the shows earn from it.
5. What you promise
You have the right to post it. Anyone you can recognise in a photo or a video you send agreed to it, or was filmed in a public place. You post nothing that breaks the law, threatens anyone or gives out someone's private details.
6. What I may do with it
I may shorten it, crop it, blur a face or leave something out to keep someone safe, and I may take a post off the site. Using what you post is never a promise to use it.
7. Your name and your email
Your posts show the name on your account, never your email. What the privacy page says about what I keep still holds.
8. Taking something down
Delete your own post where the page lets you, or ask in the discussion. Once it's off the site I stop showing it. What a show already used may stay.
9. When these terms change
A new version applies to what you post after it, and this page says what changed. This is version terms-2026-10-26.
